The one thing I wish they did ....which they did in the R/T Intrepid was put a seperate gate for the autostick on the shifter.....I have a tendency todive with my hand on the stick and hang on the shifter on hard left turns, and well sometimes I end up downshifting when I don't want to.....

Geez, some of you guys expect alot for a 30k car....

Some people like strippers, I don't. mine came in just under $40K - it has everything but a factory roof rack - I have a dealer add-on. I even had the dealer add remote start, trailer hitch and lighted sill plates. I traded in a Mercedes.
The car industry has stood up and noticed and said in print that until the 300, luxury car buyers wouldn't have set foot in a Chrysler or god forbid a Dodge dealership. So let's get on the ball and keep them satisfied or do we want K-cars again?.

Well then go back and buy the Mercedes...geez..

Whine whine whine...
The car is great just like it is. That is why there is an aftermarket parts market out there...

If you care to look at the tailgate there is a panel you can pop out to manually open the tailgate, it is the size of a postage stamp under the light ( you need a key to pry it open though).....it is mentioned in the owners manual

The only thing I can complain about is a somewhat rough idle on the hemi. I am told it is cam lope. It was there from the first week we had the car. Dealer went to the "Star Hotline" on the third trip in and was told the hemis are tight and it will break in in time. We're approaching 12K miles with no change.
The car is, as any car, not perfect but my family likes it. It is pretty tight, runs smooth and the hemi can get around anyone.
