Same here with the left rear door regulator. My 2005 Magnum had this problem.
Sometimes the window would work and sometimes it wouldn't.
The dealer replace the regulator with no problems.
It has worked fine ever since.

I read here about opening and shuting the door and that worked on mine too, but I got it fixed.

Oh my ... another little glitch that goes with the Magnum.

Sometimes the rear drivers window will not go down. I refuse to have to open and close the door in order to open the window ... not to mention ... kinda hard to do on the highway [:-]

I have compiled a laundry list of TSBs and quirks that need fixing. The service tech is going to love me

I just noticed, yesterday, that I have the problem with my rear window (driver side). It won't go down. I opened and closed the door several times--closing it a little harder each time--to no avail. Going to the dealer tomorrow to get it repaired.
Interesting to note that all of the posts here involve the same window. What is different about the rear (driver side) window from the other three?

I got mine replaced last friday.
Yep...it was the regulator.
Funny thing is that I mentioned to the service advisor about the fact I knew what the problem was and what model cars it affects (04-05 300C and Magnum)
he did not want to believe me.
When the mechanic returned the keys to him, confirmed that not only was I right abuot the part needing to be replaced, but also about the models this problem affects.

Take your car to the stealership while it is not working. They will replace it without too much hassle.

As fate would have it--the window is working perfectly now. Started working just before I drove to the dealership.

Showing my ignorance of terms, is the regulator the motor in the door that moves the window?

^^^ Ich verstehe dich nicht.

I have not idea man.
All i know is that the regulator from the left side is totally different from the right.
Accoriding to the guy at the dealer, he mentioned something aobut the position on the motor being different.
But..if that is the case...wouldn't the front driver do it too??

I have the same problem, and I just called my dealer today. The service manager sounded suprised, but told me to bring it right in. I have a pretty good dealer, so I'm sure this won't be a problem. I'm sure the information I have from the other posts here will be very helpful to them.

A bit late in this reply, but I took the car in when both rear windows stopped working.
Dealer told me that it was the motor and replaced both window motors. The service guy claimed to know nothing about it being a common problem.

Default 06 R/t Magnum both rear windows don't go down

Grrreat car... silly problem with only 21 k miles on car: Intermittent problem for 4 months of rear windows not going down. Now they don't work at all.

Have had car 3 years and only other problem: had to have front passenger seat motor switch replaced.
