RE: Superchips for Magnum HEMI
Mine is due on Thursday, a long story.
I live in Florida and not too far from Superchips, but bought mine from TBYRNE.
So my Falshpaq was shipped from Florida to Tom in MD., then it left via UPS to NJ, then to RI, then to Maine, some day it will get to my house in Florida.
According to UPS, I get it this Thursday.
A long way to ship from Florida to Florida.
LOL,
Bob

Well I got the Super Chips tuner today for the hemi. Was not able to put the 91 in yet or really drive it to the max but just putting around the block, I am very impressed. Think I got a little whip lash with that stiff tranny setting. I can’t wait to take her out.

RE: Superchips for Magnum HEMI
I just re-programmed my Magnum with my Superchip to ***** out. I love the performance but recieved a failure during download. The failure was WDBLIC1.
Now the car is great as long as you are not trying to just hold a speed down the highway. When trying to hold a speed it tends to feel like it is dropping cylinders or wants to stall. This sucks, when I put the program back to stock it all went away. I have not talked to anyone from Superchips yet to determine the reason for the failure during download.
The MPG went from 20-22 down to 15-16 and this was the addition of a K&N cold air kit and a TB plate.
Has anyone had this problem?
Thanks

Many other owners have this same problem, including me. They are working on the problem and will have a fix soon. I dropped my car off at Superchips yesterday, so they can work out the bugs. My car's build date is 04/04 and it seems the early cars have different problems from the newer cars. They gave me a loaner to drive while they have my car.
Hang in there, a fix is coming soon.

I have had zero issues with the tuner. I also have installed the update and I like it. The car flows way smoother then the 1.0 version. That version was almost to extreme and not controlled very well. It also had some issues with surging and bogging at low RPMS. The update seems to have fixed all that!!
