Auto on off light switch swap
I have a 2005 Magnum. The switch for the headlights is actually a 4-position switch. However, for reasons that escape me, the **** has a tab that will only allow it to move to three positions. There is another thread somewhere on here that details how to make the cut (it had photos, as I recall).
Anyhow, it was as simple as pulling off the ****, noting where the tab stopped the travel of the ****, and making a small cut on that tab to allow full travel of the **** to the 4th position.
Now, when it starts to get dark, my lights come on automatically. I leave the **** in the "auto" (4th) position all the time.

the auto headlights use the sensor from the auto heater/AC. if you don't have the climate control heat, you won't have the needed sensor for the auto headlights.
