Satelite Radio/Accessory Mount less than $5
NEWBIE here so don't FLAME...
I was trying to mount the XM radio in an out of the way spot, keep it visible and easy to use. I went to Circuit City to get the 'cheap' mount, for $54 plus shipping and installation over $100, I searched Flea Bay and found a diagram for it. Anyway I went to Lowes and got a piece of 22ga steel, cut the piece to about 4" x 10" pulled of the radio trim piece, finally found a use for the George Foreman spatula, removed the right side of the radio mount marked the holes and pre-mounted it to make and check bends, marked the holes, and mounted the XM and also a cell phone holder, tighten everything, replace trim and you are off.
Anyway just thought I would share....
