Default Low Speed CLUNK Noise, Pass side windshield

I have been hearing a clunking type noise at low speed (parking lot, drive way type manuvering). It sounds like it is comming from the passenger side top of windshield..

Anyone else hear this sound?

I also hear sounds around the sunroof (closed) during similar low speed manuvers. Body flex??

Interested in your feedback..

No clunking noises on my car, unless you count the tranny shifting hard occasionally.

I hear it too on my 2005 SXT when pulling out of the driveway or a parking spot.

I just figured it was a design flaw. I'll have to mention it to the dealer when I take it in next month.

There is a service bulletin that instructs you to raise the dash trim panel by the RF area of the windshield and remove one of the dash base mounting screws. I had the noise, removed the screw and the noise went away. I would talk with your dealer or do a search for the TSB.

I too noticed this sound and just recently I noticed a crack on the passenger side window. Could these two be related? It would be nice to have Dodge pay for a new window.
