Great Stuff spray foam? What did you spray it onto as a "base"?

 

i used the stock spoiler as a base, built it up with the foam, carved to the shape i wanted, wrapped with fiberglass or carbon fiber.

Is it possible you make me one. That spoiler looks great from the pic. How much you want for that one?

 

like 06MNRT said, ernie at Avon custom wheels will be making these one at a time by hand. he will have many different styles and shapes.

 

65 Standard, checked out your ride on Car Domain. Loving it Man everything you did looks great! I would love to tint my headlights like yours but my only concern is getting the bends right without creasing the tint. Is that an aftermarket kit to tint? Is your car a 6.1 liter or did you just put the valve covers on if it is a 6.1 liter shouldn't they be in the 12's? Love yer ride man.

 

the headlight tint is a precut film kit. the vinyl stretches and shrinks with heat to conform to the headlight.
i am using 6.1 cover to aid in cooling. the full engine cover holds in too much heat.

i raced an srt at the track the day i ran 13.40. that guy ran 14.09
i guess it all depends on the track and the weather, but srt don't run 12's stock around here.

my friends modified srt magnum ran a best of 13.30 at the same track as me.

 

Where canI get the kit? Is it hard to install? If by some chance I were to screw up the install can I take off the vinyl without damaging my headlights?

 

i bought from christi5555 on ebay. you can remove the film if you don't like it without any problems.
you just can't reinstall it without buying a new kit. i am using a light smoke 30% tint on srt headlights.
