Default MDS system

Can everyone else feel the MDS kick in? When we first got the car I couldn't feel it, but while driving down the interstate I could feel a VERY slight jerk and the tach drop about 50 RPM's. I changed the oil at 700 miles. Yes, it is new and I wanted to get that oil out of the engine that has been sitting there for 8 months. Anyway, I used Castrol 5W20 which is what it call for. I just remember reading that you have to use this oil or the MDS system doesn't work. This is the right oil....RIGHT???

I am just curious if anybody else feel the other 4 cylinders engage.

Thanks!!
Todd

Yep you used the right type oil.

Try resetting by pulling fuese 11, see this thread https://dodgeforum.com/m_506151/tm.htm
