Yeah, a minivan, can you believe that crap?! [:@] Oh well at least they apologized to me first. We recently had one of our coldest mornings ever and though the sound was still there, it was quieter, so I think they at least partially fixed the problem. The magnum does have serpentine so if it goes, your screwed, get over to the side of the road as fast as you can. They replaced my belt too, so I think everything will be ok. Meanwhile, since I got her back, she has been PEPPY. Not that I'm complaining, but all they did was replace my wiper switch a tensioner and a belt. Not sure why she feels so speedy gonzales lately, but I like it (could be driver related too!)
