I bought my car in to the shop today becuase engine would not get over 100 degrees. They just called me and want to charge $220 to put in a new thermostat. This is not coverd under my gold plan coverage which I thought it would be. I told them I will put in the new stat and they want to charge $115 diagnostic fee does this sound right?

 

I called the Dodge customer service and they paid in full but said this part need to be checked every 12k!! Also rear end fuild serviced wevery 12k.
