Can anyone with the "Protection Group" take a couple of photos of the "Cabin AC Filter" assembly? I would like to add this to my RT and needto see what parts are involved.

I doubt it's something that's real easy to get to for just a photograph. I hope I'm wrong.

 

My car should be here in the next 4 or 5 days. It has the cabin air filter. I read somewhere that all of the cars already have the holder for the filter but that they just need to add the filter (around 35-40 bucks). I will find out more later this week.

 

There's a panel you pop off in about 2 seconds under the hood on the passenger side right in front of the cabin air intake. The owner's manual says something about the filer and the "housing" and I think I'll need both. That's why I want a pic! THANK YOU!

 

Oh, that's good to know. I used to have a Hon-duh that required you to remove the glove box to get to the filter.

 

I'm looking into this too. I guy I work with on aftermarket parts has a friend in the dealership and he's trying to get the IPB for that part of the car. He'll offer it on his site if he can get it.
