There has been problems with water getting into the tranny from the tranny filler tube. This has caused slipping problems and hesitations in the shifting.

Yes, transmission problems here too...maybe...here's the incident:
1. Was getting onto the highway
2. Stomped on the accelator (because it's the right thing to do in a Magnum)...
3. The car hesitated and then responded with the usual blast off...

And then the check engine light came on and stayed on until I hooked up my "Innova Digital CAN ODB2" code reader. The device will tell you what code the car's computer will spit out for the dealer when they plug in their code reader.

I received the code: "P0730, Incorrect Gear Ratio".

Anyone have any idea what that means?

I'll take it to the dealer if the engine light pops up again but it's no longer glowing, for now.

Yeah! I have 15.000 miles on my 05 R/T and I just noticed a tranny leak. I dont know how much fluid I have lost. It sure would be nice to have a trans dipstick to check.

Just took my '05 R/T in yesterday for the trans leak. A few people have had this problem. They replaced an "O" ring and harness connector under warranty. Also had the wiper switch replaced.
