I just wanted to start a new post on this intake system and to say what great people they are to deal with.

After reading posts here about the 360 Air Intake System, I went to their web site and ordered one online. Later on I saw a post saying that they were offering members here, a 10% discount. I quickly emailed them and got a response from Joe Boblett that they would issue me a refund for the difference ---- THANK YOU!

Well, it is now 09/15 and I still don't have my 360 Airintakez system. I did order it on 08/25 and had hoped to get it soon. I did contact Joe Boblett, who said it was sent out USPS Priority Mail - but I never got it.

Joe is checking on status and is going to let me know what happened to it.

I just recived mine this monday, 9/13, and ordered on 8/24 so you should get yours soon, I will say one thing though, I was extremely disapointed with the quality of it, the heatshield box didn't fit in well and did not line up with the hole on the frame where it pulls the air up from underneath, the elbow they used is about a 4" dia which is fine putting it onto their pipe but the throttle body is only like 3" dia so you just clamp the hell out of it till it compresses around it, the opening for the air temp sensor was half assed too, looks like they just took a utility knife to cut a countersunk hole in it and then shoved a plug into the hole, when I went to put the sensor in it poped out into the intake and had to take it off to get it out. also their instructions weren't that great, it wasn't posible to install it in the order they said, I basicaly had to put the whole thing together, drop it in adjust it some and then tighten the clamps.

 

That's very disappointing.

I had the same problems installing my intake from 360Intakez. I returned it to the company. Now I'm waiting for a better design.

 

There's another version of an intake (a true CAI) coming from Domestic Performance. They are coming out with the Hemi's first, and they are looking to get a SXT in so they can fit one for it. I think he's giving a free one away to whoever volunteers (must be in Fresno area).
