This all depends on your definition of "cheap", here in the north east nothing is "cheap"

And nowadays 'musclecar' and 'cheap' are pretty much mutually exclusive terms. Anything 'cheap' in a Charger, Challenger, or Superbee is gonna be a trashed out, rusty basketcase. Or as mr340 said, you need to better define what you consider 'cheap'. I'd recommend just scanning eGag for the models you are considering to get a price education before going much further.

Why not a clone type car?
Look for a Coronet, Belevedere, or a plain jane Dart or Valiant. Even these will be pricey and basket cases are best left alone. you will always put in way more bucks than they are worth.

I know its been awhile since your first post but, it's not well known musclecar but thats why I like it. I've got a '64 AMC Rambler with a 360 for pretty cheap PM if still looking.
