Money can buy you anything, if you have the money to lay down I'm sure that they will let you run a few laps.
The only thing I know of that will help your suspension is polyurethane bushings to replace all of the squishy stock rubber. Front and rear sway bars as well as stiffer springs should be of use as well.

I'm not sure if they have A-body stuff, but Magnumforceracing.com has performance suspension upgrades for Mopars. I plan to use their tubular k-member, control arms package on my '69 Superbee. It has modern big disc brakes, rack and pinion steering, and coilovers. That alone would make a huge difference in handling. Plus it reduces weight about 150lbs. There is also a company called Alter-K-tions that offers a moder front suspension package.
If you are really serious, you can look at an independent rear suspension too. There isn't too much info about this swap for Mopars, so you'de have to do a lot of research and measuring. But a company called Heidts has a complete IRS package ready to install. The only Mopar I've seen with this package was in Mopar muscle magazine. a 'Cuda. I'm planning to use this on my Bee too. I'm not going to do autocross, obviously, but I want it to handle like a modern car. But for the most part, it will appear stock.

Some other sources to consider are Performance Suspension Components at www.performancesuspension.com and Just Suspension whose tech line is (973) 808-0066. Also look at Team Starfish's website at http://www.mindspring.com/~micritz/starfish.shtml and take the virtual tour of their car. They have great pictures of the suspension. They run a '66 Barracuda in Vintage Road Racing.
Yes normal? person like you can flog yer Dart at Laguna Seca, Sears point, Thunderhill, Willow springs, Buttonwillow and California speedway, Join SCCA national and regional Cal-Club the regional class is called Super Production for south pacific division (and most others) yer car needs to pass technical inspection conforming to the GCR's (General competition Regulations) but SP is pretty much run what ya brung and ya'll best bring enough or face gettin spanked by some 2.0 litre wonder thing! I built a Duster a few years back using 318 / 833 so I could give my American Sedan clients some grief and had great fun with it.
Basic poly suspension rebuild stuff available the best thing would be a pair of adjustable strut rods and the biggest brakes you can afford / fit. Fitting / modification to obtain tune-ability from sway bars also high on list. The list is endless of stuff to whiz $ away on.

OOOOPS open test days at Laguna don't happen, Willow springs 1-2 times per month on Fridays, Buttonwillow pretty much wide open anytime just make sure yer wallet is also not that Willow springs is cheap either, but worth it in tweaking for rice swepping in the local canyon kinda things.
