Default Ignition help

OK, so I am finally getting around to starting my challenger....well I would be. I have a mallory 6AL box, mallory coil, mallory magnetic distributor. But because of everything I was doing, I cut out all the factory ignition wiring, and replaced it with the mallory (make it clean). Now, here is where I am, No spark when I turn the key (the box has 12.4 supply, and keyed, and is showing 8.3 at the coil) HOWEVER, if I jump the starter relay with a screw driver (don't ask why I know this) it sputters (spark) but stops as soon as the circuit is broken (I think, might be fuel) but turn the key, and no spark......uhhhh, HELP To much more of this and it will become pink studebaker parts.........

OK, so I think I figured it out, but I need other help. The no spark problem - my hot on key was hot in RUN but NOT in START.....who woulda guessed.

NEW PROBLEM - My starter relay died, so I replaced it and it worked yesterday, but not today. I bought another relay, but nothing. I have 4 wires: hot from battery(12.4V all the time), down leg to Sil (no current), a yellow wire that goes to the ignition switch (12.4V when the IGN is turned to START), and a brown/yellow wire that goes to the seat belt warning system and transmission (12.4V when the IGN is turned to RUN)

I don't understand why it won't turn over, HELP?
