Dodge Muscle Cars When it was all about noise and big (and bigger) engines, Dodge and Plymouth ruled the roads. Discuss the Muscle cars that once were within.

This letter was posted on another mopar site but it tells the story of some difficult times for him. This was from last Jun and I had read also that he was seen this past Oct and was looking rough. Not sure how he doing now?

Good morning Dave,
I'm Ronnie Sox's wife and Ronnie wanted me to contact you to thank you for all the wonderful get well cards/notes that you sent to him. He's getting stronger every day. We have an appointment this Friday with the cancer doctor to discuss when they will begin chemo treatments.

Again, we both wanted to thank you for your kindness and mostly for your consideration of our privacy in mailing all the cards to our home. They truly made Ronnie's day.

Feel free to call Ronnie at any time you would like.

Thanks. Ronnie & Diane Sox

No one has ever been able to throw gears like Ronnie Sox. He could out shift an automatic every single time down the track.

If he is ill, I wish him the best and hope he gets well soon.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ronnie back in 1993 at Coastal Plains Dragway in eastern North Carolina. A very down to earth and likeable man and a stellar drag racer. I'm glad to hear he is doing well.
