1,650 HP Tantrum Charger Is Our Kind of Evil

Here's a Charger with a full carbon fiber body and a 9.0-liter Mercury Racing, dual-overhead cam V8 engine fed by twin 94mm turbochargers. Its horsepower output is simply ludicrous.
