I think the charger is painted Sublime J5, I have a 71 Road Runner that is painted FJ6 and it is a hard color to capture correctly in photos. Since this pic was found on flickr who knows how correct it is.

A license plate # is not going to give you a fraction of the info the fender tag will. Carfax only goes back to 1981 model year.
