wft i CANT get them in...
i was gonna take the bolts off but one of them is like behind the bumper!!! wtf??

 

I have replaced them on my 98 which is the same they are a pain in the A**, but they come out and go back in without any bolts being loosened. DO it during the day, seeing what you are doing is a good thing, take your time and it will work. I know I don't have patience, but it is a virtue.
