how do you guys replace the headlight bulbs?

still looking for my book man

it is too dark to go out and check.

with the 98 I "think" you can still get to them pretty easy. there is a colar ont eh back of each light. you twist it and the bulb assembly comes out. you remove the old bulb assembly from the wire, add the new one, and then reverse the process.

I think. =)

hmmm thats what i did for teh turn signals but those were off....i dont wanna take off the headlights if its possible, also i cant touch the bulbs since thier halogens

when you remove the back part, you wont have to touch the light.

the base of the bulb assembly is pretty big. let me go look at my 97 real quick.

ok looked at my 97 and you can reach them with out removing anything.

the drivers side is MUCH easier.

so it should work.

just looked at my manual and it says just to pull on teh bulb base and unplug it, but it also sasy the top 2 boltcs were removed for clarity, it looks like they just took the 2 bolts off the top and pulled the headlight forward, i will have to try that.

no problem.

I remember changing mine without removing any bolts, but that might make it a bit easier.
