Someone That Knows what there talking about
i read in a magazine somewhere, maybe modified mag, that a block with a life of stop and go driving, is stronger than a new block, but the pistons and rods on the other hand may need replaced, but you would know if they were getting bad before they come apart

You are better off building up what you have, the motor thats in there is a good motor, it fits perfect and with some good bolt ons, and even some engine work your car can be pushin 300hp.
So what should i do no swap put turbo and what els? btw thanks alot for all your help im actaully doing what you guys are sugesting i just dont want to waste money on things that wont help all i have so far is an exhaust and a short ram intake
Work on a turbo for the engine you've got. There are several good kits. HRC and CF are the two main ones.
You can easily get an HRC or CF kit and bolt it to your car with little to no engine modifications. Although it is recommended that you do at least a new cam and valve springs.
