I also figured I can get the rims off the SRT-4 and put them on mine since they are 17in aluminum wheels. Do yall think it would look ok. Again my car is a '99 and i wonder if the rims would look good powder coated gunmetal?????

sounds like an idea, where ya gonna get them from though? Most likely any car in the jusnk yard was in an accident and probally a good one that damaged one or more rims.

that would look good i think ebay has srt-4 rims

 

i put the srt-4 rims on my 02 neon. they look nice but the tires rubbed the shock alittle until i put a weel spacer on. good luck ask someone who has an srt that would cell his rims. thats what i did.

 

i thought 95-99 neon can only go up to size 16in. rims ?

 

hey according to a certain person on here you can put 20's on neon. You can get anything you want to fit, but the bigger you go the easier its gonna be to bend a rim, because as the rim gets bigger the tire gets smaller, hence less cushion. I would recomend a 16 or a 17, I have seen 18's with no problem.
