What does this code tell me? Code P1684( Driver 5 Line 4 ).

 

this code means that you have disconnected your battery or lost battery power during your previous 50 starts.

once you start your car up for the 51st time, it won't throw that code at you anymore.

 

I’ve run across this before there is an error in one of the site code listings.

The dodge code P1684 simply means the battery was disconnected within the last 50 key starts.

Code P1684( Driver 5 Line 4 ) is fromthe General Motors codes.

The P0*** codes are generic while the P1*** codes are manufactured specific so the same code can be something totally different on a different make.
