Default GREAT, now my paints coming off!

My cars less than 2 months old and just rolled over 3800 miles and the paints flaking off. Its an sxt that came with the mopar lip kit and "SRT Ground effects". The paint started coming off the ground effects first now its moved to the car. What can I do? Is this covered under warranty? I'm ready to shank somebody over this! Help!

It should most definately be covered by the warranty... take it to the dealer right away...

I had that happen on my 1st gen when I bought it. Luckily mine started to peel after 3 days. The dealer refused to fix it. SO I told them I didn't want he car. Got it fixed.

With yours I'm gonna wish you luck on getting it fixed. But the warranty's don't generally cover paint defects.

The paint/trim should be covered for 12 months if it's a new factory vehicle...

Yeah, my car was brand new. I guess back in 1999 they didn't cover paint.
