IM LOOKIN FOR A DUAL TIP MUFFLER FOR MY 2000 NEON...JUST WONDERIN WHAT BRANDS MAKE THIS....ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED

 

Just the muffler?
Vibrant has a d. tip muffler which I think looks funny but it's good in quality; Thermal is great but it's for the Neon RTs; Trubendz has a magnaflow muffler but it looks like it attaches to the cat-back.

 

I had a dtm dual tipped muffler on my 1st gen neon and now I have a dual borla on my 96 now . I would say magnaflow is the nicest for dual tipped .

 

Why?

Why not get a stock R/T dual tip muffler?

 

i just want a dual tip muffler for my 2000 neon..i dont want a cat back system just the muffler....there kinda hard to find on the net...only ones i fould were vibrant and pacesetter and those arent my fav brands

 

Get a used 2nd gen ACR or R/T muffler then. You can get them for about $50-$75

 

Before you do anything, find a local custom exhaust place. Talk to them, get informed, then do your homework on the subject. You should wantthe best sound and prformance, but you want it to look cool, too. I got mine for $170, installed. Dont do Ebay, cause theyll take you to the cleaners onshipping.

 

well since my dad does custom work im sure he'd help me out..its gonna be a magnaflow or flowmaster most likely...its just about findin a dual tip muffler

 

I see alot of dual tipped borla and magnaflow mufflers around on r/ts and other neons . Those two are the nicest for dual tipped.

 

Borla is the best system you could possibly buy for your Neon.
