It's a rubber putty type knife... so a hardware store I'd say. Fishing line works too... if you warm it up good enough, you might be able to get pull it off CAREFULLY and wax it over. Just be careful... the paint can and does get ruined alot if people don't watch it.
Or consider talking to a local body shop about taking them off real quick.

i found these bug and tar remover things at target. they are paper towel type sheets and come in a pack of about ten or so. they worked great for getting rid of the adhesive gunk. it's sorta cool, 'cause they're made specifically for cars, so they don't ruin the paint at all. oh yeah... i used fishing line, same as neonsxt04.

I used mint dental floss. Don't ask me why mint. Guess I wanted my car to be minty fresh. Or perhaps it was cause it was the only thing I had laying around at the time.
BTW, dental floss and fishing line will cut you. And bow, when mint dental floss cuts you it freakin' hurts. But your cuts are minty fresh.

Anything that won't scratch the paint, rubber, plastic and such to take it off. Even cheaper than bug and tar is rubbing alcohol, a little bit of work, won't harm the paint, and you probbaly got it in your bathroom.
