so i was installing my new mirrors on my neon and i think i blew a fuse because my mirrors wont move and my turn signals dont work now. so i was wondering which fuse it was?

M'yep what casper said. Look in the fuse box under the dash and I think there is also a few fuses in the PDC under the hood for turn signals and flashers.
I'd also take a look at the relays as well.
