Default 2005 Neon died for no reason

My 2005 Neon was idling in park as my husband andI were switching cars. He got in his and then with no warning of any kind, the Neon had completely shut off. At first I thought I didn't see him turn it off, but lo and behold, when I tried to crank her up, nothing. Not even a click. She won't even try to turn over. Any suggestions as to the problem and solution would be much appreciated. Thanks!

was the battery light on? could just be a bad alt./dead battery due to bad alternator.

you might want to check your connection that runs from your posititive battery terminal to your fuse box under the hood. If that is not the problem check you fuses under the hood by the battery and air box.
