you with new neons you still have warentty
I wouldn't do anything major to it if you want to keep the warranty. From what I understand they have to prove what you did to your car caused the failure. So I would probably stick to the little stuff, such as CAI, exhaust, etc.
usally nothing that mods any thing cirical to the cars operation, such as new headers, cam gears, ect. Things like wheels and muffler should be all right. Also preformance parts bought and installed from the dealer is allright. But I would aswasy check with the deler to see what to can do with out vioding your warrenty.
The basic theory is if what you put on causes the problem, the warenty for that part is voided. If you put a 200 shot of Nos into the car and blow parts of the engine through the hood, no replacement. If you put a CAI in and the alternator goes, that they will replace.
Performance parts are not covered by any Mopar warranty and are sold as is. Replacement parts DO have a warranty. Any mod you put on your neon that the dealer says caused the failure of a warranted item voids the warranty.
All my major mods are Mopar and the dealer hasn't given me any grief with my warranty so far. I'm hoping it stays that way.....

Dusty,
My thoughts exactly, As long as you use Mopar Performance parts, and do not make major changes to the stock powerplant, they should cover it!
