what to do with a 03 se
looking for advice and opinions. what so i do to my 03 se? try to make it go faster but no turbo cause i am in college which means i cant lay $3000 down just like that or looks, kit hood fenders seats and more please input

i can either way cause i have resources, i ask cause in my town there is like 2 other neon in twon that are some what worked on and i am the only second generation
