For some reason when I bought my 02 neon it didnt come with a tach in the dash. I dont want the big one that sits up on the dash (no offense) but i was wondering if the wiring is already behind my stock dash and if so where could I buy a neon dash with the tach on the instrument panel.

Yep, its what they call plug and play. To be correct you should have the correct milage flashed onto it but other than that your all good.
