aem or iceman
which is better ICE-MAN or aem Dyno results - 2000+ Neon
All pulls done on a 2000 Neon, 2.0 SOHC and Automatic Transmission.
As you can see here, there is a broad increase in low end torque. This will help with off the line acceleration.
Combined sheet showing both horsepower and torque.
This graph is the most compelling. This shows a massive increse in output at 4400 rpm and again at 5600 rpm.

sorry i was trying to post some charts but they didn't come up, but iceman increased about 10lbs of torque and 6 hp, this is all from the chart on modern performance. which is better
I found that on my '95 SOHC the AEM intake consistently put up 8lb ft and 11.6 hp, which as I understand it is better than iceman. I've never run one though, I stick with AEM and they've never let me down.
imo 2nd gen intakes iceman and aem, damn near identical, so shouldn't matter just stay away from those ebay intakes, they just aren't the same. But above all anything is better than stock, one guy running around here made is own out of plumbing pipe, ghetto as can be but it works for him
