yeh i swore to myself when i got this car i wouldn't put a fart can on it and i don't plan too... i was just wondering about the apexi n1 cuz some one said it sounded good. not like a fart can so i thought i would ask. im prolly gonna get the pacesetter or the flowmaster im not sure yet. still trying to locate sound clips of them.

 

This is before I put the resonator on. The sharp crackled is gone now with a 2.5 inch resonator in the exhaust tunnel I posted that too, but can't find the post right now. I could send the files to you if you like.

BTW--here's the only file I have with both the 80 and the 14 inch long resonator. Truly, it sounds much better (and deeper) in real life--but it's also a LOT louder.

I was looking at the Flowmaster exhaust kit Part Number-17279, but it comes with a 60 series muffler. Does anyone know how that sounds? Or is the 40 series better? TIA

 

Im not sure how a neon sounds with a 40 series or a 60 series i only heard the 80 series which i didn't like to much. but my brothers cavalier has a 40 series on it and it sounds sweet thats why i was gonna get one on mine. if u find any sound clips let me know cuz i have yet to be able to find any.

 

Or there's also the Mega flow. That's what I use and have had it for three years. With an all motor set up it will be fine.
