Default Parts Arived

Well I finally got my steel z3 fenders, Diamond headlights/turn signals, titanium signal bulbs, and my Xenon body kit on monday.

Still have to put the front bumper on today (had to w8 for a factory part from a dealer) but the rest went off without a hitch. And holy crap those new headlights are the ****, I had some silverstar bulbs in my old lights and the difference between old headlight and new is amazing. Also those titanium signal bulbs look trick (chromed look all the time) and then when you turn it on the bulb looks like it dosent light up but it makes the housing light up (hard to explain) and looks really cool.

Now I just have to get the car repainted (I'm taking donations ) I'm thinkin black and then plan on stuffing the outside with blue neons so they shine up through the z3 fender vents and out around the body kit, but ya never know.

I also have the diamond clear headlights and i love the change from old to new. I didn't get the turn signals and the titanium bulbs but i am planning on calling modern performance today or tomorrow to order them. I also bought the RX300 taillights and i love those too. I am also going to get new rims and tires for a christmas present. I am going to get 17" silver MR7's to go on my 97' black auto, sohc, neon. I am currently working on making eyelids too. Later on i am going to buy a body kit. But that will be after i do all the engine mods, so it can be somewhat fast.

i have a couple pics up at www.cardomain.com/id/98neon4door but i havent put any new ones up with the front bumper/side skirts. The only problem right now I'm having is getting the passenger side of the front bumper to flair out enough on the bottem, driver side sticks out just right but the passenger side dosent (i havent adjusted anything yet tho). One thing I would have to say is really really make shur that you clean any places that the 3m tape sticks to, I wasted about 3 feet of it on my sideskirts, I wiped the skirts down 2 times after I roughed it up and there was still a residue(cleaned with acetone) but after about 5 wipes on each one it stuck so just make shur you get it super clean. my z3 fenders dont fit perfect yet but as I said some adjustment mod's and they should look decent.

Now its time to go plow snow with my front bumper

got the whole kit on my car wednesday, still needs some minor adjustment but its on. On the titanium turn signal bulbs I wouldnt get them if your local police are picky about how bright your lights are because when the sun shines right on the signal it can be hard to see, but at night its so cool lookin.

now I just need to get a crane 12, pcm ...
