stock cd changer?
i have a 01 neon and it has the in-dash 4 disc cd changer, im gonna add a
kenwood mp-922 cd player in the car,
is their any adpater out their that i can use to still have the stock cd changer work?
or am i stuck?

If you are replaceing the head unit, there is no way to use the stock changer. they plug into all the same things. If you really want to you could hook them up together and be able to use one or the other, but where would you mount the stock changer if the new radio was in the din slot. Go buy a radio that is changer compatible and get a changer, or you can get changers that work off of an FM station. All you have to do is tune to a certain station and the changer will work. If you put an aftermarket radio in you are gonna need to get 2 things to do it right. An instalation kit so it will fit in the bigger stock hole and a wiring kit so that you can just plug the new radio into the stock harness.
