What all do you need to lower a neon. do you have to replace all the brake lines? How about the speedometer cable?

Nope, and nope.

You need either lowering springs and new struts or coil-over struts (no, not htose coil-over sleeve kits you can buy on ebay.)

if u want a good ride (well, good as far as a lowered car is) get progressive rate springs (the ones that have more winds in the coil to one end)

just ordered my springs today should have in a couple of days
