Typically removal of the 20A fuel pump fuse doesn't reset the PCM. What you should do is disconnect the negative battery terminal for 30 minutes to a few hours. That will gurantee that the PCM resets.

 

Thanks, will do when the car is not needed... I'll just leave it off over night. Then forget about it and swear for a couple minutes wondering it won't start. Then slap my self because I forgot the battery was disconnected

 

Thats why when I leave things disconnected over night I generally leave notes on the dash board.
