My neon has twin turbo cat back exhaust and redlines at 9000 RPM what about you guys. Rice on!

I gotta second that, you gotta have a whole lot more than just a twin turbo, and exhaust. You'd have to have a completley rebuilt engine- I'm gonna call BS until you prove it.

 

I'm pretty sure this guys just yankin our chains, the engine would blow itself apart at that RPM. Plus it's a mystery year Neon too.

9K on a stock neon? Impossible.

 

Yes, definitely not possible on a stock neon.

 

His motor make max power at 9950 rpm, but he usually shifts around 10.2-10.3
That was last year, so who knows this year. As far as revving that high, it's not that hard. A friend of mine had a car that revved to 12000 rpm. Then he flowed a value and blew his motor. WARNING: Misshifting is bad!
