If your not prepared to be without a car for at least a few days I wouldn't attempt it. The last guy I helped took us about 15 hrs. total from the 2.0 in and running to the 2.4 in and running. On top of the motor itself, you need 24lbs. injectors, a motor mount adapter kit, a DOHC ECU, the DOHC wirging harness, and 2.4 cam gears.

It's not a tough swap.
But be prepared to drop some money into it.
Be prepared to ask lots of questions.
Send me an email or something.
