will a crank position sensor cause it to shut down? i ran it up the road yesterday real fast and hard. when i got back to my carport and shut it off, it wouldnt start for a while. like it needed to cool down? i can hear the fuel pump cut on when i turn switch on, so fuel pump must be ok i guess.i changed coil pack and it still does the same. it also misses like its not firing right, it misses real bad at times. any ideas on crank position sensor or other wise?ty

 

you cant just keep guessing and replacing parts till its fixed. check the codes and post them here.

 

the code doesnt come up as i know of. i tried turning switch on-off-on-off-on i hear nothing or see nothing, how do u check them? ty kindly
