hi , im a ghetto rigger at heart.i was wondering do you think a leaf blower backpack blower 375cfm would be able to ever bring the car out of a vacume, nevermind a positive psi.
lol go race some people start up the blower and burn out.

I am not sure if this even deserves answering, that is one of the most redneck things I have heard of, I really hope your not serious!!!!!!!!!!!!! It might give you equal presssure, but it will not give you boost. It will hurt your performance, and probally break a few things.

 

Just go turbo. A "REAL" supercharger would draw too much power from the engine to constitute having one on a neon. Turbo will create more power on a neon.
