16" or 17" wheels/tires?
I'll be buying my new wheels and tires in the next few months. There's one big question on my mind. 16" or 17" wheels/tires? Are there any speedometer/mileage issues with 17"? What would you guys do if you where me? I was thinking 205/40/17, but I really don't know how that will look. I don't want to high of a profile. I'd appreciate any input.

18's a f**kin huge on a neon i think..... i prolly would get 16" or maybe 17" but definately not bigger then that... but i can't really have low pro tires cuz the roads around here aren't all that nice.
From what I've heard, 17" wheels are going to give you a really rough ride. 16" will give you a rougher ride than the stock 14" rims, but probably not quite as rough a ride as 17"s. Just depends on how much comfort you're willing to give up for looks.

Well I live in like the outskirts of Vegas. The city is just catching up to us. As you may know, it's expanding very quickly. Anyway, all the roads around my house aren't very good, there are a lot of bumps. 6 lanes to 2 lanes, no sidewalks, construction type of BS. But its cool as soon as I drive 2 miles into the city. Comfort is important I guess. Like yesterday, I was going over some railroad tracks, and I even slowed down. It still shook my whole car pretty bad. So your saying I have to slow down even more with 17"? You guys are pointing me to 16's, but 17s look so nice!
