Default Door problem

You know between the door hinges there is a arm. Not sure the real name but it is very noisy. Someone know what to do to reduce the noise ???

Yes, at the JY near me they refuse because they says it's with the door. The door will not be complete without this piece and can loose a door sell. I will call tomorrow in few others.
