Default rusty back seat bolts

my o4 neon like most neons like it is having the bolts that appear from the back seat covered in rust. What can i do about this? Should i take them out and clean them? or leave them in and clean them? can i get rubber bolt covers and LOWS?

you could take em out, and clean em up and paint em if you so desired. or could even replace em with new ones.. up to you.

if theyre pretty rusty tho, they might be kinda hard to get out.. i know mine were.

Yeah you can clean them better if you take them out. If I were you I'd just but some new ones
