Windshield wipers WON't turn off on 2000 Neon!
Somebody please help! My windshield wipers on my 2000 Dodge Neon are going crazy! They won't turn off even in the OFF position! I look like a fool going down the road. I will be getting this fixed soon but in the meantime I still have to drive! Does anyone have any tips on how I can get them to stop temporarily or something?
