Automatic transmission swap

My daughters 2002 Neon automatic transmission self destructed.. It is a 41TE/AE 4 speed automatic. Can I replace it with a 4 speed automatic out of a 2005 Neon? Are the gear ratios the same. Shift points the same? Will the existing wire harness plug in? Thanks for your help... Otto
