Do you have a half inch clearance between your stock setup and the rear lateral link? If so, it'll fit. Tough to say without knowing the actual tire section width...
The stock rim width is 6" if I recall. 205 width tires are typically meant for 6.5" wheel widths, but most manufacturers allow down to a 5.5" width (not that I would do it...). The overall height is over a half inch shorter, so you won't run into problems rubbing on the spring perches.
