Default De-badging

Any tip on how to debadge my car w/o leaving nasty marks? my friend pulled off his on his 02 neon and it looked good, but the whole rear end looks diff on that year from my 04 so i am not even sure it would look good. I also was thinking of just removing the 'neon' badge, as neons seem to be notorious for being cheap hahah. yeah so anyone know how good the 04 black sxt would look debadging the rear lemme know!

I would remove all emblems thats what I did on mine. Use a fishing line on all embossed emblems and use a blow dryer style sticker remover and peel.

Actually fishing line does work.....and a lot cheaper then a grinding wheel, bondo, and a new paint job.... Thats how I shaved my NEON. U can use metal wire on it if the fishing line is not enough. But it works. Ive done autobody for a while now and its not that new of a concept.

You can peel the emblem off with your fingers.

Anyway, you can use a bug and tar remover for the glue...

It will look good....
