Default Electrical issues with the 95 dodge neon sport?

Hello, i just bought a 95 dodge neon from someone i knew, the car is not stock and has the motor from a 97 dodge neon in it with some extra parts on it. When i got it and drove it home it has a chugging problem and they said it was from a crash in the intake manifold so i patched that up and thought it would be fine since then. But it still has all the problems afterwards and would sometimes just stop working when i was slowing down to take a turn. Would just stop accelerating and it sounded like the motor was flooding itself out. I hooked it up to the computer and it said there was a problem with the 02 censor, camshaft censor and coil causing a misfire. The coil is brand new and they already redone the camshafts. Now when i drive it it will sometimes turn on and there wouldn't be a check engine light on and would run okay until i got it into the high rpms. Then all i would have the do is turn it off, turn it back on and there is a check engine light on, and i'm lucky to make the car go from point A to point B. I was wondering if something is just wrong with my wire harness or computer?
